Returns & Damaged Items (UK)

Returns

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Sealed products (booster boxes, packs, tins, etc.) must be factory sealed and not tampered with.

  • Singles/cards must be returned in the same condition they were sent (we recommend keeping all sleeves/top loaders and packaging).

Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened or unsealed sealed products (for example, opened packs/boxes/tins)

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us sort it quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the outer packaging (including any labels)

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and inner packaging

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on stock availability and the situation.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm the outcome and process any refund due back to your original payment method. (Your bank/payment provider may take a few days to show the refund.)
