Dispatch Times

Shiny Cardboard Hunt aims to dispatch all orders within 3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under £50: £4.99 tracked shipping

• Orders £50 and over: FREE tracked shipping

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total is £50+.

Shipping Method

We ship predominantly via Royal Mail using a tracked service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation and, where available, tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and can vary due to courier networks, peak periods, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Problems With Delivery

If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while or your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, contact us and we’ll help investigate with Royal Mail.
